First Annual Construction Training Summit

The Construction Training Summit is a two-day, immersive training experience designed to strengthen leadership across every side of the construction industry - from the field to the office, from general contractors to specialty trades. Built and led by experienced industry professionals, this summit equips today’s builders with practical tools and people-centered strategies that improve communication, collaboration, and project outcomes.

We’re taking intentional steps to break down long-standing silos by building understanding and mutual respect. Join us to bridge the gap between the field and office so we can work better together.

Two focused tracks. Field Leader and Project Manager - gives attendees targeted development within their roles while also strengthening alignment between them. Through interactive sessions, real-world application, and practical leadership tools, attendees will walk away with skills they can immediately use to build stronger teams, stronger relationships, and stronger results.

FIELD TRACK OVERVIEW

The Field Track is designed for professionals leading crews and making day-to-day jobsite decisions. Sessions focus on improving communication, strengthening accountability, navigating installation challenges, working through schedule changes, and developing leadership skills that elevate both people and project outcomes. Attendees will gain practical tools that can be applied immediately on active job sites.

PROJECT MANAGER TRACK OVERVIEW

The Project Manager Track supports professionals who drive planning, coordination, and execution from the office. This track explores how PMs can improve collaboration with the field, strengthen communication workflows, lead teams more effectively, and create the strategies required to keep projects aligned and moving forward.
