Join us for the upcoming November Construction Sector Partnership All-Partner Meeting: Talent Beyond Tradition: Rethinking Hiring in Construction.
Across the construction industry, we face both a workforce shortage and an incredible opportunity. Many talented individuals - whether changing career paths, immigrants, refugees, or those who have overcome past barriers - bring transferable skills, resilience, and determination that can strengthen our industry. This session will shine a light on alternative hiring practices that connect untapped talent with meaningful careers in construction. Together, we’ll explore policies, resources, and partnerships that demonstrate how inclusive hiring not only builds stronger projects, but also stronger communities.
The program begins at 9AM. Coffee and water will be available. Following the event, the Northern Colorado Regional Airport will offer an optional tour from 11AM - 11:15AM. Please join if time allows!
