Join us for the upcoming Spring Construction Sector Partnership All-Partner Meeting - “Building Support for Neurodiversity in the Workplace” This session focused on making construction more inclusive and supportive for all types of thinkers. Learn what neurodiversity really means - covering ADHD, dyslexia, and autism - and how small changes in hiring practices, onboarding, and management can improve worker retention and well-being. This session will explore common myths, share practical strategies, and highlight how inclusive practices can bring out the best in every employee.
